I got requests from different brands for my .22lr TIKKA ammo box so I'm going to do a series of those and a couple more I've been thinking about doing. Just let me know if you have a favorite i missed. The spacing is 50pcs/25,4x6,14mm between the insert top and the bottom. And the total height is 28mm between top and bottom.

I have made 2 minor improvements. I have made a 0.2 mm clearance between the lid and the bottom to eliminate pinching near the hinge that can happen to any material more or less. But the tongue and groove is the same. And a few aesthetic changes to the hinge. A part from that it is exactly the same box as my .22lr TIKKA.

I use 1,6mm stainless tig-welding pin for the latch and hinge system. But any 1,6mm rod will work just fine.

You can print it in any material but i strongly suggest you print the latch in ABS or similar.
