This is a design for a nearly entirely 3d printed 35mm shaped charge, and what cant be printed can be made much easier using things you can print.
The liner is made via electroforming copper onto a mandrel with the desired specifications.
One of the main things i hope to improve is using scientific research data or simulated models to optimize the case geometry, and second would be designing the following mandrels for different liner types .
~Hemispherical
~Truncated conical
~ Trumpeted
~Ellipsoid
and even a liner for a EFP that causes it to collapse into an arrow with 6 fins that stabilize the projectile.
Hope you guys have lots of fun experimenting and developing this idea further
