Surefire M300 (mines an amazon clone, M600 should work as well) 45 Degree light mount for MLOK, Pressure switch mount for picatinny and wire clip for picatinny.
Pressure switch mount and wire clip just snap on to rail.
Light mount uses hardware from original MLOK mount, that came with light.
