If you like my models and feel inclined, I could always use more filament for test prints. https://ko-fi.com/plaid_brad

These are inserts (and corresponding lid badges) to build a 100 round weatherproof ammo case out of Harbor Freight's Apache 1800 case. There are commercially available offerings out there and they use nicer off-the-shelf cases, but those units cost $100 plus. For about $10 in quality filament and $14 at Harbor Freight, you can put a case together that will protect your ammo, keep it dry and there is zero contact on bullet tips or meplats. Ammo is loaded bullet down and the bullets are floating in a void inside the case, below the insert.

You will find files for the most popular Creedmoor (6.5, 25, 6 and 22) cartridges, all in recommended print orientation. The cavities for the brass are dimensionally the same since the only difference is neck diameter and the brass is supported by the shoulder. The only difference in the models is the debossed text. I've also drafted a Print & Assembly Guide PDF. It's not long, but it contains suggestions and tips covering all the lessons I learned when making test prints and putting together a few cases.

The case is at the link below. They go on sale for as little as $9.

The model in the photos is printed in Polymaker PolyLite PLA Pro - Dark Grey

UPDATE 5/9/24

After building several of these, I found that there could be enough variance from one Apache 1800 to the next that some examples the insert would sag in the back of the box. I've added holes on the underside of the ammo insert for brass thread inserts. M3 screws can then be used like leveling feet. If your insert fits tight, no need, but if there is slack this system can be used to address.

I also added a chamfer around the cartridge holes.
