This is a jig to route slots for MLOK panels in an AK handguard. I sourced the mlok panels from Warsaw wood co.
I modeled this to the dong grip I have on hand, minor adjustment (shimming, filing printed parts, or changing the model in CAD may be necessary if your handguard is longer or shorter. Don't have yugo handguard on hand otherwise I could easily change this model to be used for others.
Does not fit palm swell handguard, but I'm sure one could use longer bolts and standoffs between the base and other pieces to get this to work.
Post-Printing
Remove supports. Hardware used was 6-32 1 1/2" (QTY6) and 6-32 Nylon Lock nuts (QTY6). Bolts go through the base on an angle and secure with a nut dropped in the top. Not totally necessary, but prevents the base from splitting due to layer orientation. For the support arms front and back, nuts dropped in to whichever side of the support arms are upright and tightened from the bottom with a bolt. The front and back support arms can be unbolted, reversed, nuts changed to the other cutouts and then retightened in order to flip the handguard over.
