This is a subtraction body to remove material on an AR15 lower grip area to allow the use of an M5 square nut and M5x25mm socket head cap screw.
Align the base of the dome with the hole in the lower for the grip screw, making sure the wide parts of the rectangular part are facing left to right, as pictured, then subtract the body away from the lower.
