All packed in one place. This is the T.A.R.D. 22 a 1 to 1 scale .22 LR AR trainer with functional LRBHO.

.22 LR AR conversions are cool, but having to change your code of arms to drag the CMMG conversion mags out of the rifle when the bolt is wedged on the follower always bothered me. I went down the path of the DeAR 22 and just couldn't get over the mags having a fragile tab on the back. That and other small issues with that platform made it a fun project but I found myself going back to my conversion mag dedicated rifle when I was training new shooters.

Enter the T.A.R.D. This is a culmination of many peoples work. Using the CMMG conversion either dedicated or drop in, almost every other part you need is included here to make several versions of the T.A.R.D. The upper setup should also work with the Hoffman style lower or a standard AR lower setups with the Catch 22 and light spring installed. This setup should also work with the KRISS DMK22 bolt catch, but its quite a bit chunkier than the Catch 22 which I find more reliable.

This setup should work with the BCA .22LR uppers as well but I have not had a chance to test that yet.
