Fits a blasting cap nominally 5.80mm OD. If your cap has a different diameter, scale the file relative to that measurement.

The booster body is designed to fit approximately the bottom 2/3 of a 50mm cap to account for the crimp.

If you want, you can scale the file in the Z direction only if you want to fit a larger portion of your cap inside the booster body. The cavity will accommodate up to 38.5mm of the cap, and should leave 12.5mm (about 1/2in) of the cap exposed.

This will also let you confirm the state of your cap in the event of a failure to detonate.

To scale in the Z direction (Your desired length/38.5mm)*100 = Z-scale.
