See odysee for build video.

Use cutting jig as guide for even line. I found had to mark it with silver sharpie and then do shallow cuts all around to get as even as possible. Needed to use a second cutting jig to file evenly as hacksaw strayed a little.

Build plate and adapter plate - do not use heat inserts now. Need baseplate as template to check fit.

Use build plate as template to see if need to dremel any portions out of stock base from cut. There are some supports may be in the way and need to dremel a small portion out. mark with silver sharpie. Check and confirm plate fits evenly and notches on back of plate catch on supports. file as needed for stock or base plate.

Set heat inserts in. check fit or dremel as needed. If re-using longer screws, attach stock adapter to baseplate all the way down, check if have enough clearance for screws sticking out back for baseplate to fit completely down into the hole stock was. If not, dremel until clearance. if using shorter m5-12mm screws, just double check fit, shouldnt need to dremel any more for clearance if heat set inserts can already clear.

Optional, sand pistol grip down to be same curvature or feel as want, will fill in with jb weld next step

Once clearance is confirmed and everything aligns, jb weld the baseplate adapter on. put jb weld all along the notches on back of baseplate that add more material for jb weld to lock on to and also not slide around as it cures.Ccover back plate, being sure to not get any in heat set inserts and clog them. Optionally, use jb weld to fill the hole on the pistol grip here too.

After jb weld cures 24 hours later, sand evenly and all excess jb weld. Sand all around to match contours. Paint if desired.

Donations because I only know how to use AutoCAD Fusion and can make more stuff.
