Uploaded on Thingiverse like a year ago. They have worked perfectly for the entire time I have used them. I never had to re print them either. Print them in the same orientation they would be during use. The base of the follower (Where the spring connects) should be the surface touching the buildplate. I printed with 0.16mm layers using Polymaker PLA PRO or regular PLA. It's not a part under serious stress, so filament choice shouldn't be a huge issue.
Feel free to remix or edit the files however you like. I intended it to just be something to fix my own magazines, but it's nice to share it with other people.
