This is a mostly untested front site fitting G19 compatible slides. It uses a raw piece of translucent TPU/PETG in any bright color of your choice as the light pipe instead of traditional fiber optics. Part is very thin with some tight corners so is probably best printed in a non filled nylon or other high heat, high durability filament using a 0.4mm or smaller nozzle. You could also likely use ASA/ABS and vapor smooth it for stronger layers. The hole in the file is NOT sized up, it is exactly 1.75mm. Oriented to print straight up, the "hole horizontal expansion" settings in your slicer should be tweaked until you get a fit thats almost too tight, but you can still pull the filament through. Once in place, use some side cutters to cut the filament flush with the front and back.
