Henry H001 Traditional Handguards: Laffs Dynamics
3D printed handguards for the Henry Repeating Arms H001 rifle and model variants. (As of 2026, designated the H1)
Two model variants are available:
*Traditional: A basic diamond checkered pattern.
*Refined: Diamond checkered pattern with double fleur-de-lis emblems, has contoured thumb and finger shelved atop the handguard.

Filament Used: PLA+ (CF-Nylon recommended for long term)
PLA+ Print Settings:
Extruder: 220C
Bed: 56C
First Layer Print Height: .2mm
Standard Layer Height: .12mm
Wall Thickness: .40mm
Wall Perimeters: 6+
Infill: 60%+
Support Material Percentage: 20%
For best aesthetic results, print the design vertically. (Rear facet flat on the build plate)
Accreditations:
Notsogod: Printed both handguard models horizontal and vertical to the 3D printer's Z axis; both in CF-Nylon and PLA+. Took images of the prototype
prints, and shipped the finished models to the designer.
