The Khattabka (хаттабка) is an oddity that is now gaining attention where it appears in games like Escape From Tarkov. The improvised device is named after a prominent Mujahideen veteran Ibn al-Khattab, who fought in the Chechen Wars against Russia. They are all hand made and unique but generally it consists of a VOG grenade for a GP series underbarrel launcher, or a Vog17 series for the belt fed high velocity grenade launcher, with the impact fuse of the launcher round replaced with a hand grenade fuse. The fuse is most often a UZRG-M or similar, and often a bright purple painted training variant. This model would be great for cosplay, wargames, or even use as a training aid.
