Although you can use this for non-standard or not-AR-15 handguards, I have uploaded a V2 AFG, which is an improved version of this one. - https://www.printables.com/model/377314-m-lok-angled-foregrip-afg-v2-for-slim-handguards

Remix of Shqype MLOK AFG With Correct Holes and Guide Tabs

I made the lugs solid, as I've had the outline-style lugs shear off.

I used the Braudel T-Nut and Screw set. They are metric, not real M-Lok spec hardware, but significantly cheaper than the real thing and they work the same.

Print Settings:
I printed with PETG
0.2mm layers
100% fan for bridging, 0% fan for everything else (PETG). If you have a really good cooling duct, you can maybe use less than 100% for bridging.
Use supports everywhere
60% or greater infill
Walls, top, and bottom should be 2.4mm or greater, as appopriate for your line width and layer height.
