-General-

A series of updates were made from the initial experimental release to merit a separate listing...This is a standalone release for the P365xl pistol with a suppressor...there is no size limitation for what can you use, you can use a comp or a fram can anything fits. This is tested for casual walking in standard wooded inclines under full weight, this is not a duty holster...

The holster prints tight...you gotta use force and holster your gun a few times to break it in, it will...this was done on purpose to help with creep and longevity.

-Printing-

PLA+ works fine for this but it will creep overtime so don't expect it to last longer than a few 100 holstering cycles before a reprint is needed.

The holster itself I liked the feeling best with 15% Gyroid and 4 walls...6 walls and 25% honeycomb was the most durable...this holster requies no supports, the leg drop however you need to use tree supports only on the overhangs, to do this use the fill feature in the paint supports settings and just cover all the overhangs. I would make the clips out of something strong like PCTG or PA-6 but PLA+ works fine for light use and larping.

-Assembly-

Your going to need 4 M5x20 screws with nuts, drop the M5 nuts into the 9mm hole on the internal side of the holster, slide the leg drop bar over the outside catch and then screw the M5x20 screws in from the outside.

The Tier One Concepts holster clips both fit i the top 3mm slit on the top of the leg drop and are secured with 4 M5x12 screws and nuts.

-Weak Points-

This holster is secure from top down weight...as with all my weird ass autistic designs, there are trade offs. For this one vertical stability is solid but horizontal pressure requires very little to unholster the firearm.

If your going to be running with this, utilize the nylon strap loop I provided for you with a tri glide buckle or print some straps in TPU...this can also be used as the loop for a leg strap or both if you use thinner straps.

-CAD Modification-

I included the CAD files with this 3mf if you want a tighter or looser fit, the slide retainer bars can just be press pulled in either direction.

if you want to fit a different gun your gonna have to mess with the trigger guard and press pull that in either direction ensuring you keep the 5x10mm blots in place to secure the trigger.

I will be selling this on my site in this V1 configuration made of PCTG in the next few months...Aprils V2 will be made from TPU and the goal of that release to to strengthen the security and soften the wear the holster puts on the gun.
