The 1895 Nagant revolver is a unique design among revolvers - it is the only mass-produced design that I am aware of that creates a seal when fired- preventing blow-by gases from escaping out of the chamber.
Practically speaking, the action of the nagant is locked, so it prevent muzzle gases from escaping towards the shooter at all, and creates a very quiet system.
A very similar design was used as a covert weapon during WW2 by the red army. While it's not movie-quiet, almost no gun is.

Due to the fact that this design covers up the original sights, included in the print is a set of basic irons for minute-of-man accuracy within about 20 yards.
Your Point of impact will probably not be retained with each assembly, but should be relatively close, due to the method of construction.
