This is a remix of KP's AK Recoil Buffer that includes 3 different size buffers (12MM, 15MM, 18MM) along with retainers to hold the buffer captive to the end of the recoil spring rod. The larger size options (15MM, 18MM) are used for solving a certain fitment issue between the Super Safe AK cam and the bolt carrier where the bolt carrier gets stuck while passing over the cam and binds up. Using a larger buffer limits the rearward travel of the bolt carrier to prevent it from going so far back that it gets stuck over the cam. Ideally this issue should be solved by some light fitting, but this buffer provides an alternative for those who prefer not to modify their parts for whatever reason. The smaller 12MM buffer will work the same as any of the other AK buffers out there, only difference is that it's captured.
