This part set is a pistol grip cap and stock buttplate for populating SVD stocks from NOS parts.

The SVD stocks in armorers kits and stores arrive with only the sling bar in place and they are meant to replace only original broken wood stocks. An armorer is intended to reuse the buttplate and cap, as well as mounting screw.

These parts allow the wooden replacement stock to be assembled without the correct metal hardware available.

These parts will ONLY fit original Russian SVD stocks, and may require fitting. They may not fit SVD variants, like the Chinese Tigr.

They will not fit the PSL, VEPR, or Zastava rifles as these are not SVD variants.

These are confirmed to not fit the Hungarian FEG. The FEG is a genuine Russian SVD overstamped with forged makers marks but the stock it comes with is a sporter style.
