This is a small remix of my original AmbiSide Bolt with space to add a nickel for reinforcement.
The bolt should be printed following original instructions with a pause added at layer 51. Before adding the nickel I recommend having absolutely fabulous bridging settings, or covering the nickel in a very thin layer of gluestick to help the plastic adhere to the surface of the nickel. After printing, insert and JB Weld the Bolt protrusion as normal. After curing run the firing pin drill bit through the bolt protrusion through the nickel and clean the hole to ensure the firing pin moves freely. Headspace per original instructions.
