This is a complex model, gcode is not included, as modifications according to your application are assumed.
For new downloads/builds use model version 8. Previous versions are deleted.
*Update available (Bullet_feeder.8.rsdocx)*
New bullet plates design, new anchor and knob design (both left threaded). Complete device is in zipped rsdocx file (Other files).
New elements (version 8) and new STL files, all having “new” in name are published with this update. The aim of the update is to eliminate possible issues if bullet jam occurs. Additionally, I use “electronic clutch” as part of the control unit to prevent motor stall in case of bullet jam in the collator.Additionally, I use “electronic clutch” as part of the control unit to prevent motor stall in case of bullet jam in the collator. These changes reflect many working hours experience of V5.
V8 contains also all the bolts. I strongly recommend to download the free version of DesignSpark Mechanical and familiarize yourself with the device assembly.

Print instructions
PLA and/or PETG according to your preferences. Use “mouse ears” (included in model) for Anchor part, no supports are required.
For large parts - eg. bucket etc., 0,2 - 0,25mm layer is OK. For other parts 0,2mm layer works fairly well.
For Bullet drop adapter, cutting thread was better in PLA (comparing to PETG) for some reason. Much better taper lead and cleaner thread.
