Female to Female 180° folding hinge with a spring detent. Uses M5 screws and nuts. Any strong spring will probably work for the detent.

Dimensions are based on an old .stl file I had and i couldn't find its origin to credit it. It looked sort of similar to this. If you recognize it, let me know.
