Powder Check Die for the FA X10.
Plugs into the head and sound the alarm if the charge is not correct.
Case activated
Uses magnetic reed sensors and some basic wiring.

Reed Sensors: $10 - (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B088CQL44X?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1)
Micro Switches $5 - (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B088W8WMTB?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_11)
Mini RCA Jacks: $12 - (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082VW49VV?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2)
Set of screws: I use these (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09WVHV6SD?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_22)
4mm Steel Rods: (I cut these in half) (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C5LV9QW9?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_5)
Brass Heads (You can use a 6.5 mm bullet and drill it out): (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DPTX7WDQ?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_5&th=1)

The design uses a "Slip in board" so you can wire the switches outside the Powder Check box.

Strip and feed the RCA wire through the Powder Check Box (Lock down with the wire clamp and screw)
Wire the Slip in Board, mount Switches and slide into the main box and do final solders (screw on box cover)
Print the Setpoint Trigger, screw in locking screw, press the magnet into slot (only works 1 direction so if the alarm will not shut off, flip the magnet)
Print die body (or use a Dillon powder die), print inner sleeve and assemble and snap into the die Box die hole.
Create the plunger (4mm Steel Rod approx 150mm long with a brass head. Approx 6.5-7mm around. Drill head and hammer onto rod then round slightly)
Slide plunger rod through Powder Check Body from bottom (brass head down)
Slide the Set Point Trigger (with set screw installed) onto the plunger rod
Plug the RCA jack into the FA X10 Head
Place an case with the correct amount of powder under the Powder Check Station lower the head.
Screw in the Powder Check Die until the case presses the die up slightly, causing the alarm to sound
Slide the Trigger Set up the rod until it stops the alarm and tighten the set screw

Each time you change powder levels you will repeat the last 3 steps.

These work perfectly for me, but this is not a substitute for your care in reloading.
Reloading must be done to perfection and no tool can assure you do it correctly.
No liability is assumed by your use of this tool.
