It is a shorter lid for the round RCBS reloading tray to prevent small rifle or small pistol primers from being able to flip over inadvertently in the primer tray. The top of the tray is marked with SPP/SRP. I tried printing it with clear PETG, but it is still fairly opaque. I may try polishing it to see if that improves.
