I noticed that mil-spec grips were a little loose on the MacDaddy 2.0 platform. This had caused my lower receiver to crack around the trigger guard.

The grip receiver on the MacDaddy 2.0 (photo 1) seems to be a bit thinner than mil-spec (photo 3).

These simple shivs extend the width of the MacDaddy grip receiver to better match Mil-Spec (Photo 2).

Infill: 100%

Supports: No

1.) Add a small amount of super glue to the side of the grip receiver (Just enough to have the shiv stay on during installation of the grip). Place shiv.

2.) Repeat to the other side.

3.) Wait for glue to dry. Reinstall grip.

*Grip should take a small amount of force to seat properly.
