I liked the idea of a spare CR2032 battery for my Red Dot Sight stored in my AR15 handle so when I switched to Magpul MOE+ I printed an insert to hold one. I made sure both the bottom cap and the bottom and back of the print was smooth using 400 grit sandpaper. Cleaned with alcohol and I decided to use some of my thermal double sided tape. It's thin yet very sticky so should work well to keep it in place but not permanent in case I ever wish to remove it. Battery simply friction fits inside the holder, and the whole thing slips into the handle.

Also included the original Solidworks file in case anyone wants to alter or adapt to something else.
