Print the model as two flat parts. No supports are needed. The result is fairly beefy but that makes the finished tray stable. If you're worried about the stand tipping, put some weights on the back side of the bottom piece.

When printed on my 3D printer, the small assembly holes in the bottom piece are sized to provide a solid press fit with the tabs on the back piece. If this assembly is too tight when printed on your machine, use a file or some sandpaper to relieve the tabs as needed. I didn't need any glue for assembly but feel free to glue it all up if you like.

The photos depict my first prototype print including a slight left/right offset when the back is installed. I fixed this minor alignment error in my model after printing my first prototype.
