As I never did get around to picking up a stuck case removing kit from RCBS or the like as it just never occurred to me to need to. After seeing I don't remember where, most likely one of the reloading manuals that when you have a brain fart and don't put any die wax on a case before resizing and stick it.
Removing the case amounts to flipping the die in the press and then drilling and tapping the primer pocket so you can use a bolt to pull the case out of the die.
So the small kit is just 1/4" bolts and the large is 3/8", just standard off the shelf bolts to match the standard taps in my kit.
As such the kit is just a short bolt, long bolt, drill bit, tap (or combination drill and tap) a couple of washers and a piece of 1/2" copper pipe coupling

The drill/tap combination is just off Ebay, so just have to wait for them to show up.
