1" Scope ring for weaver 3/8 dovetail or 10mm mount.

The scope ring is based of Jabird73 design. It was a little loose for my liking and the screws I had on hand where 3Mx12 and 3Mx20, so I re-designed it into two pieces. I enlarging the holes to work with 3M nuts and recessed them a bit for a cleaner look. The split in the middle allows the nuts to snug up on the rail better.
