*Overview:*
A 3-piece bolt-together magazine sleeve designed to fit over the 10 round *polymer* magazines of the Derya TM-22 for an improved, P-Mag styled look. 2 versions available - one with a cutout to add spent brass, and one without. I have not tested the fit for compatibility on other firearm models (RIA, Feather).
*Required Components:*
-
4x M3x16mm allen bolts
-
1x M3x12mm allen bolt (you can use another 16mm one here, but it may protrude more than desired)
-
5x M3 nuts
*Print Settings:*
0.1 mm layer height for detail, 0.4mm nozzle, fuzzy skin, supports required for overhangs at toe of magazine and spent casing sleeve. No supports needed for the base, but adding them won't hurt. 15% infill was fine. Use more to increase weight if desired.
Print everything oriented right-side up.
*Post Processing/Assembly:*
-
Place the 10 Round magazine within the cavity
-
Add 6x spent casings in alternating direction (if you've selected the cutout option) - note these will be tight and won't sit properly until the other half "squishes" them into place
-
Place second half of magazine over the magazine/casings, and press firmly into place.
-
Secure with M3 nuts/bolts. Hand tighten to your preferences.
-
Add the base. This should fit quite tight and may require some *ahem* elbow grease (banging it on a table) to get it to seat into place. If you'd prefer easier install/removal, you can lightly sand the flared portion of the main magazine parts. Not using fuzzy skin will likely reduce the tightness of this fit, but I have not tested.
