FTN.5 Rimfire Flow stuffed into a can that looks like the Dead Air Nomad.

FTN Reupload: https://odysee.com/@Gvazeky:3/FTNMEGA:2

A 3MF file is included for easy printing (Orca Slicer 2.3.2), there are STL's for different threads and Form 1 options, swap in the one you want, redraw the seam line, then print. Included threads are for adapters, the default FTN is 3/4x16, alternative adapter is 5/8x24, or just direct thread 1/2x28. There are Form 1 versions for washers or versions for a MAF tag heat insert if you like those things instead. My .blend is included in the .zip if you would rather just engrave your crap on the can, thats what I do with mine, ATF doesn't care. My .blend is very easy to use, just toggle the shape keys and modifiers to get what you need.

There's enough room at the top to fit the thread adapters, but be prepared to keep them in forever. They will be very difficult to get back out.
Pick the version you want and print sloooow (somewhere around 40-60mm/s) and at a low layer height like .14 so the overhangs get built properly.
You may need to use super low overhang speeds like 10-5mm/s for 50% and 5-2mm/s for 75%. Depends on filament, cooling, and overall calibration. Test small sections first before printing the whole thing!!!! Its only 22lr so even if you have some spaghetti on a few layers, if you use a strong filament the print will probably still survive a long time if the majority of the can is intact.

6 walls, 100% infill rectilinear concentric, or just all walls. Use a brim. If using Orca, disable 'reduce infill retraction' if your filament isn't perfectly calibrated. (Disable it anyway tbh, not worth the risk) Use Inner/Outer so overhangs are printed properly. Extra perimteters on overhangs, reverse on even + only internal perimeters.

Use Arachne wall generator with these settings if possible (especially for nice text):
Min wall length: 0.15
Min feature size: 55%
Min wall width/first layer: 65%
Wall transitioning threshold angle: 30%

Set a layer height mod at 150-175mm to bridge counterbore holes if you use Orca, this will create a nice bridge top for the end of the flow chamber instead of poor overhangs.
