this is a g45-19x style PDW. it uses ruger RXM internals. the mag release is a custom extended version that has to be printed. requires 17 round magazines or longer.

the thumb hole portion of the frame is fortified with 6-32 threaded rod and one 1/4-20 3" socket head screw.

the barrel shroud requires a 4" section of 1/2" schedule 40 steel pipe without threads.

the best way to insert the threaded rod is to inset sections into the chuck of a hand drill and screw them in until you can see the ends starting to poke out the other side. do no over insert of it will crack the frame. cut the ends flush when done.
