This is a theoretical concept I've been toying with but haven't tested yet. This is a 3d printable mold that could hypothetically be used to cast a set of baffles for a .22 suppressor.
the internals have a 30mm OD so theoretically these could be inserted in any tube with that diameter. I included a printable base to house them.
there is a mold to cast a wipe in silicone. The base is designed to contain an a1/a2 flash hider to give it 1/2x28 threads.
the zip includes a step and stl for each part.
This is a completely untested design, attempt at your own risk.
I've seen people cast carbon fiber with 3d printed molds but I haven't tried it yet. I don't know if the molds will handle carbon fiber. If you do manage to cast them in a hard material they need to be bored out to 1/4" or bigger to clear a .22 bullet. My original idea was to have a suppressor filled with multiple wipes made of silicone.
