1:1 Recreation — FFT TY22/Taurus TX22 FRT Disconnector

This is a "1:1" recreation of the FFT TY22 FRT disconnector, and it’s by far the closest match to the original TY22/FFT design. I put this together because most of the other TX22 FRT variations out there (Big Brrt, Gartech style, and even my own “Rimfire Ripper”) struggle to run a full mag reliably. The main issue is the reset area which is usually not flat enough to push the trigger bar forward, which means you don’t always get a consistent reset. This version should help fix that problem.

Specs for Laser Cutting / Printing

Laser Cut (SCS): 304 stainless steel, 1.9 mm thick

3D Print: PLA+ or Nylon, 100% infill, 0.15 mm layer height, ~190 °C
