*The Primer Remover Tool*

To easily swap or flip your reversible primers, this kit includes a printable handle for a DIY punch tool.

*Required Hardware:*

  • *Nail Diameter:* 2.2mm
  • *Nail Length:* 45mm

*Assembly:*

  1. Print the handle.
  2. Insert the *2.2mm x 45mm nail* into the handle.
  3. If the fit is loose, use a small drop of superglue to secure the nail permanently.
  4. Use the tip of the nail to push the primer out through the through-hole in the snap cap.

*Print Settings*

  • *Material: PLA+, ABS, or PETG. O-ringprint with TPU isalso primer* (but it's not mandatory).
  • *Infill: 15-20% for the case; 100% (Solid)* for the tool handle, or increase wall settings to 4.
  • *Layer Height:* 0.12mm is recommended. The lower layer height ensures the screw threads are smooth and easy to open.
  • *Supports:* None required. Print both parts of the case with the openings facing up.

*⚠ Safety Warning*

  • *Stay Organized:* Print the case in a bright, high-visibility color to ensure it is never confused with live ammunition storage.
  • *Clear Your Firearm:* Always double-check that your firearm is unloaded and no live ammunition is present before beginning dry fire drills.
