Didn't have any 9x19mm snap caps, so I printed my own. Took the measurements straight from CIP.
The body has a Ø4mm hole with a rounded end, so you won't need any supports.
The insert should be printed in TPU. In theory it has a radial gap of 0.1 mm to the body, however taking into account all tolerances and whatnot it went in with just the right amount of persuasion, keeping near perfect retention.
I'd recommend printing the body with 4 walls for stability, the buffer I did 100% walls.
They feed fine and have survived the first few rounds of vigorous testing, so there's that.
